Meet Our Team
Michelle Lennon
Executive Director [FPO] Our two-generational approach, working with parents, grandparents, and children, has led to the growth of our parent education and peer recovery support programs as all segments of our community are affected by issues of poverty and substance use. We have witnessed the positive impact that connection plays in successful outcomes for families who have accessed our services. We have created customized, comprehensive services for each person and family in an environment that is safe and positive. We strongly hold to the Strengthening Families TM Framework, believing that protective factors are good for all families, and that all families may benefit from our services at some time. |

Michelle Vieu
Administrative Manager Hi, my name is Michelle Vieu and I’m the Administrative Manager for Archways. Currently, I am in our Franklin office, but do travel to our other sites also. While I don’t necessarily help on the front lines, such as our peer supports, I am in the background facilitating some of the assistance we provide to our clients. I also assist our Executive Director and Director of Operations in many facets. I am always willing to assist those who walk in our doors or calls into our office in whatever manner I can. Previously, I worked as a registered nurse for a Federally Qualified Health Center. Part of my passion working there was directing individuals and families to resources available to them within their community. I heard about all the great things that Archways does with individuals, families and communities and kept that resource in mind with clients who needed assistance. With the help of other staff, we worked on referring many clients to Archways to assist with needs that are readily available in the community. Today I am proud to be an employee of Archways. While my path may have taken me down different roads in my past, I was meant to work in Human Services to offer and provide help; eventually my footsteps landed me here with my Archways family. I couldn’t be prouder of our Archways team! |
