Narcotics Anonymous (NA) – NA is a nonprofit fellowship or society for people who's drug use has become a major problem. We meet regularly to help each other initiate or stay in recovery. It is a complete abstinence program from all drugs with only one requirement for membership: the desire to stop using. NA follows a simple set of principles that work in daily life. No matter what or how much you used, who your connections were, what you’ve done in the past, or how much or how little you have, NA can help. Group experience has taught us that those who regularly attend meetings stay abstinent from drugs.

Smart Recovery - While major changes can be overwhelming, SMART’s practical tools and social supports can effectively help you find long-term relief from the target behaviors you want to address. They may include substance addictions (to alcohol and other drugs), as well as activity addictions (to behaviors like sex, relationships, spending, gambling, eating, exercise, and self-injury).
SMART’s science-based approach emphasizes self-empowerment and self-reliance, and there is no lifetime commitment—you decide when the time is right to move on. Personalize your own plan for successful change as either a stand-alone program or in combination with other recovery paths. SMART Recovery recognizes the only one who can become truly expert on your recovery is you. No matter the target behavior you want to address, SMART can help you change it.
Smart Recovery Family & Friends - Is someone else’s substance use negatively affecting you? Are you looking for resources to help you support someone affected by addiction? We provide effective, easy-to-learn tools to help both you and your loved ones. Our methods are based on the tools of SMART Recovery and CRAFT Therapy (Community Reinforcement & Family Training). Available both in-person and online, meetings provide the tools needed to effectively support loved ones without encouraging addictive behaviors. These tools also help family and friends better cope with a loved one’s situation and regain peace of mind.
