Project Overview:
Second Floor Expansion at Archways – Now Soliciting A/E and CM Firms

Archways is embarking on a major capital project to expand its Tilton, NH headquarters through the addition of a second floor - enhancing our ability to provide workforce development, recovery support, and community-based services. We are currently soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced architectural/engineering (A/E) firms and construction management (CM) firms to support this federally funded initiative. The project is supported in part by a $1 million award from the Northern Border Regional Commission (NBRC) Catalyst Program, with additional funding being pursued. Conceptual designs are complete, and we are seeking qualified partners to provide full design, oversight, and construction coordination services in alignment with all NBRC, federal, state, and local requirements.
